Mental health nurse

Our support workers are supervised by managers qualified to Level 7 NVQ, with extensive expertise in safeguarding, child protection, and the care of looked-after children.

care coordinator

Our support workers are supervised by a Level 5 Care Coordinator with extensive expertise in safeguarding, child protection, and the care of looked-after children.

Care manager

Our support workers are overseen by a Care Manager with over 20 years of nursing experience, bringing extensive expertise in safeguarding, child protection, and the care of looked-after children.

Onsite therapist

We have an onsite therapist who provides direct therapeutic support, promoting emotional wellbeing and mental health for the children and young people in our care.

Qualified social workers are available to provide professional support, ensuring safeguarding, care planning, and advocacy for the children and young people we support.

Learning Disability Support Worker

Our Learning Disability Support Worker provides tailored care and assistance, helping individuals with learning disabilities develop independence, build life skills, and access opportunities in a safe and supportive environment
